I came to Prestonsburg, Kentucky to take an Elk Tour at Jenny Wiley State Park. What I left with was a sense of sorrow for a community still trying to overcome 1958 school bus accident and some of the most beautiful landscapes ever seen at the top of a reclaimed mine site.
