Point Vicente Lighthouse
Standing on the most southwesterly point of the Palos Verdes Peninsula, the Point Vicente Lighthouse is an active aid to navigation marking the northern end of the Catalina Channel on the Pacific coast. On November 17, 1979, Point Vicente Lighthouse was added to the National Registry of Historic Sites.
