When the rest of the country had gas prices hovering anywhere from $3.76 in West Virginia to $3.98 in San Diego ...San Francisco gas prices were shocking at $4.17 a gallon. It has taken us more than a month to catch up here in Charleston where today a gallon of unleaded gas is $4.15.
