Taken from the breakwater wall that divides the water. You will see several warning signs as you venture out on it about being swept away by the waves ( like that has ever stopped me before) but several people passed by me walking their pets or out on an evening stroll. It probably isn't advisable to try and cross it at high tide or maybe during a storm like this one when the winds do get strong.
