The Reuben H. Fleet Science Center is home to the world's first, and San Diego's only, IMAX Dome Theater. The Fleet's on-going programs are designed to inform the public about science in ways which are striking, acessible, and hands-on. Events and talks in the past year have included astronut appearances, live bats, robots, Australian animals, astronomy, authors, undersea explorers, and rocket building classes.
